The Caretakers of Wild Raptors program was established in 2005 by the Colorado Hawking Club president Gordon Grenfell. The program is intended to be an environmental project program focused on helping the raptors and prey species that our sport in involved with. Projects that will benefit the birds we fly, help preserve the native species and prey, and assist in the understanding, knowledge and research of Colorado native raptors.
