Project Synopsis:
     The initial goal of this project is to erect 2 artificial nesting platforms for Ferruginous Hawks in the Comanche National Grasslands.  It is also the goal of the project that all funding for the project be generated or donated by the Caretakers program with no federal or state funding assistance.  Lastly it is a goal that all the labor involved be donated by the Colorado Hawking Club.

Currently planning the installation of 1-3 platforms in the grassland on June 10.  Meeting at the CNG Tempis headquarters at 9:00am.  We are looking for approx. 4-6 volunteers to help with the installation at this point and one volunteer in the Colorado Springs area to help cut and load poles for the project at an earlier date (variable).
